Member Spotlight: Cannon Valley Butcher’s Block

She’s our CVG Member Spotlight of the week!

Located in Red Wing, MN, Cannon Valley Butcher’s Block was built to share both the magic and reality of food production. Sarah believes when you have a hand in producing, harvesting and preparing the food that nourishes your body, you can begin to honor the life that sustains you. To help share these practices with her community, Sarah offers butchery education classes, custom on farm slaughter butcher services and of course, high quality, pasture raised, organically fed pork products brought up in harmony with nature through holistic management.
