We are a brewery and taproom, crafting our own quality ales and lagers using as many local ingredients as we can to bring the flavors of the Cannon Valley into our beers. Food is available from a variety of rotating food trucks and vendors, or BYO! We have a large outdoor patio and live music most Saturday evenings and collaborate with other local artists and businesses to provide workshops and other events for the community. There’s plenty of on-street parking and lots of bike racks out front. Stop by for a pint or a growler to take home! | PRODUCTS | We always have a variety of beers, and wish to highlight those using specific local ingredients. In particular, our flagship Cannon River Pale Ale boasts hops from Civil Sass near Chatfield, MN. Seasonal delight Honey Basil Ale includes local honey from Homestead Apiaries and basil from Waxwing Farm, while summer favorite Lil R & R Rhaspberry Rhubarb Wheat gets a dose of raspberries from Lorence’s Farm and a dollop of rhubarb from Spring Wind! We have a rotating menu of beers that often include other local ingredients, too! |
