Member Spotlight: Imminent Brewing
Have you met the phenomenal team at Imminent Brewing? They’re our CVG Member Spotlight of the week!
On June 16, 2017, Laura and Derek Myers and Randy and Tonja Clay opened Imminent Brewing’s doors to the general public. If you ask around town you’re sure to hear that since then, they’ve become a neighborhood establishment.
Located in Northfield, Imminent Brewing is a brewery and taproom that uses local ingredients to craft quality ales and lagers and bring the flavors of Northfield and the Cannon Valley into their beers. All of Imminent’s beers are made with water from the Cannon Valley and a selection of beers include local ingredient collaborations like their Honey Basil Ale made with Waxwing Farm’s basil. In addition to beverages, you’ll find a robust rotation of food trucks, a large outdoor patio where you can catch up with friends, and live music throughout the year.
For now, Imminent is sticking with to-go/curbside only and using only Imminent’s glassware (available in growlers (64 oz) or howlers (750 mL)). Check out what’s on tap (including their new Cannon River Pale Ale) and order online at https://imminentbrew.square.site/.
