Urban farm specializing in year-round growing of Microgreens, seasonal salad greens and garden produce. Our core microgreen products are Sweet Pea Shoots, Sunflower Shoots, Radish, Arugula and our unique blends, Classy Classic and Zesty Mix. We also offer basil as a microgreen by request. Creating innovative products for Microgreens such as recipe builders and medley combo boxes to expand our product line for farmers markets and retail sales in Co-ops, grocery stores, specialty shops. We offer bulk sales of microgreens to restaurants, coffee shops and delis. Partnerships for both product ideas and event participation with area growers, caterers and food producers to collaborate efforts in enhancing sales and marketplace brand awareness.
