Committed to using locally produced and seasonal ingredients, The Local Plate offers eclectic yet accessible menus for customers in the Northfield, Minnesota area. Gwen’s commitment to collaborations with local food-producing partners is evident in every dish she whips up. Gwen caters events ranging from small backyard gatherings to formal receptions, special pop-up dinners with live music, and everything in between. As they like to say, Wynnie, Gwen’s trusty mobile food kitchen, brings the table to the farm!
