Cannon Valley Butcher’s Block was built to share both the magic and reality of food production. We believe when you have a hand in producing, harvesting, and preparing the food that nourishes your body, you can begin to honor the life that sustains you. To help share these practices with our community, we offer butchery education classes, custom on farm slaughter butcher services and of course high quality, pasture raised, organically fed pork products.
