Imminent Brewing

We are a brewery and taproom using local ingredients to craft quality ales and lagers and bring the flavors of Northfield and the Cannon Valley into our beers. Food is available from a variety of nearby restaurants and grocery stores as well as from a variety of rotating food trucks and vendors. We have a large outdoor patio and live music inside in the evenings. There’s plenty of on-street parking and lots of bike racks out front. Stop by for a pint or a growler to take home!

PRODUCTS	All of our beers are made with water from the Cannon Valley: the ones we’d like to highlight are those using specific local ingredients. In particular our MN Hop Mess, Honey Basil Ale, Lil R and R Rhaspberry Rhubarb Wheat, and a graf we’re making in conjunction with Keepsake Cidery and Cherry Leaf Farm.

HOW TO BUY	During the Stupid Pandemic of Spring 2020: we are open for to-go sales only; 64 oz “growlers” and 750mL “howlers” of all our beers are available to-go (ONLY)! A few thoughts to keep in mind: Only 5 customers allowed inside at once, please Please be respectful of personal space, and keep a 6-ft distance from employees and other customers We are currently filling our own glassware ONLY – refundable deposit for the glass ($3 or $4). Beer and Food is TO-GO ONLY. No dining in, not even on the patio, as per the Governor’s EO and for Public Health’s sake! Thank you for understanding.
